The exercises are adaptable, and instructors often provide modifications to accommodate beginners while challenging more experienced participants. In this session, you will also focus on finding connections throughout your body and increasing the range of motion. Suitable for all levels.
Reformer Move & Pump (45min)
Designed for intermediate to advanced level clients, this class offers a dynamic and challenging workout experience. Participants can expect to develop strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness through targeted exercises and mindful movement. It's the perfect fusion of Pilates and strength training, delivering a well-rounded fitness regimen that challenges and energises. Please note that this class is not suitable for individuals undergoing rehabilitation or pregnancy, and is best suited for those with prior Pilates experience.
